Dessert from the tasting menu at Le Chantecler

One of the dessert from the tasting menu of Le Chantecler - a 2 Michelin star restaurant in the Negresco hotel in Nice. Passion fruit sorbet encased in a meringue, resting on a bed of tropical fruit and panna cotta.
I think it was the best course of the evening.
